Monthly Support Packages

Our website support plans offer reserved support hours and priority service at preferred package rates. Whether you’re looking for regular content updates or specialized marketing services, our expert teams are here to answer your questions and achieve your goals. Our team also supports 3rd party software platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, BigCommerce and more. Our monthly website support plans start at ten (10) hours per month and are customizable based on your company’s specific needs.

SMB Support

Designed for businesses without an in-house web team, and/or those with a tighter monthly budget. We’ll support your marketing & website requirements, creating regular content updates, custom landing pages for your digital marketing campaigns, site updates, and more. This package includes 120 hours per year (10 hours per month) of support, which can be used on any of our web and marketing services to meet your company’s goals.

Enterprise Support

Yes – we understand that your business needs may change, and we’re happy to offer flexible plans. Any changes will be prorated from the date of the switch and billed accordingly at the next monthly cycle.

Our goal is to confirm and begin work on all requests within the same business day during normal operating hours. Completion of requests depends on their size and complexity. Our general timing goals are:

  • Small requests (ex. edits to a single page): within 24 hours
  • Medium requests (ex. edits to multiple pages): within 72 hours
  • Large requests (ex. multiple new pages): project dependent. Average minimum turnaround time is 5 days or more.

Once we receive a request, you will be notified by email with an estimated time of completion.
